Confluence delivered a package of commercial quality custom furniture and casework saving the client 35% by sourcing and fabricating all components locally.  Developing the design through the shop drawing process, Confluence was able to realize the architects’ vision of a unique, highly collaborative work environment focused upon interaction, community outreach, and generating new media.  Confluence fabricated all custom casework and coordinated multiple subcontractors resulting in a precise, nested assembly of wood, plastic and steel.

The project includes: the Beacon Table, a 75 foot long, 12-person work station with integrated storage and a shared work table; five individual workstations; a full kitchenette; a credenza in the conference room; a private office with a custom, built-in workstation with cabinets and lateral storage; and the Media Wall consisting of two wall mounted, back-lit acrylic bands that taper and curve to closely follow the wall.
